1 Introduction

• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person, of viwin96 or any of its associated entities, gaming suppliers, or software providers.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to register and hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• A valid email address that you own and have regular access to
• Your date of birth (which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older)
• Your country of residence and contact information

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and in certain other circumstances at our discretion — viwin96 will require completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill issued within the preceding 3 months)
• A selfie or photograph holding your ID document adjacent to your face
• Where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet registration or bank account details matching your registered name)

KYC documents are reviewed typically within 24–48 hours of submission. viwin96 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, expired, or fail to satisfy verification standards. Accounts with incomplete KYC cannot process withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

viwin96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian users, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at viwin96's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. viwin96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the User's verified identity. We do not send funds to accounts owned by third parties under any circumstances.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving financial institution.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to security checks or additional KYC review at viwin96's discretion. This is standard anti-fraud procedure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.
• viwin96 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, terms violations, or irregular wagering patterns.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on viwin96 are subject to the following general rules. Sports-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are published on the relevant product pages.

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted and recorded by the Platform. Acceptance is confirmed by a unique bet reference number displayed to the User.
• viwin96 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving system errors, manifest odds errors, or suspected abuse of promotional pricing.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds (a price that is clearly and substantially incorrect relative to the true market price), viwin96 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time match conditions. Delays between the physical event and the Platform's data feed may occur; bets accepted on stale data may be voided.
• Winnings from sports bets and casino games will be credited to your account balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the published rules for that specific market. In the absence of a specific rule, abandoned event bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

viwin96 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer, and to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. viwin96 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fully satisfied before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet these requirements within the specified expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• During any period when Bonus Funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies — typically between RM250 and RM500 per wager. Placing bets above this cap while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value; table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value independent of these Terms. They may not be exchanged between Users or redeemed for cash outside the specified wagering process.
• viwin96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, and to cancel bonuses where evidence of promotional abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering patterns is detected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through nominees, for any purpose.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime, channel illegally obtained funds, or structure transactions to circumvent financial reporting obligations.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to artificially influence game outcomes or extract value from the Platform.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information or participating in the fixing of any sporting event, match, or competition.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to place bets, exploit promotional terms, or interact with the Platform without human agency.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, pattern wagering designed to circumvent rollover requirements, or any coordinated group activity targeting promotional value.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider in respect of legitimate deposits made to your viwin96 Account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the viwin96 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, visual design, software code, game assets, text, graphics, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the exclusive property of viwin96 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from viwin96
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software
• Use any viwin96 branding, trademarks, or trade names in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract information from the Platform by automated means

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viwin96 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the User's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

viwin96 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of Services.

viwin96's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit viwin96's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

viwin96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the User
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account closure
• Inactivity exceeding a period stipulated in our inactivity policy

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Fund balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Responsible Gambling

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viwin96 holds its primary operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, Users are required to first contact viwin96's support team in writing, providing full details of the complaint. viwin96 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under the terms of the Platform's international licence.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

viwin96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms, as published on this page with the date of last update, shall constitute the operative agreement between you and viwin96. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.
